Quick Grilled Balsamic Chicken

ACTIVE TIME: 5 MIN. I TOTAL TIME: 20 MIN. I SERVES: 2

Ingredients:

  • ~ 1 lbs. Chicken tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken in spices, oil and balsamic vinegar for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to 350°.*
  3. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°.
  4. Serve with pasta or your favorite salad.

*If baking, preheat oven to 375° and bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°.
