ACTIVE TIME: 30 MIN. I TOTAL TIME: 1 HR.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup peanut butter powder
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup almond or preferred nut milk
- Silicone molds – here are some similar to mine.
- Melting chocolate

Instructions:
- Begin by mixing the powdered sugar, peanut butter and peanut butter powder in a small bowl. Slowly add the almond milk a tablespoon at a time and stir well to combine. Set mixture aside.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 30 second intervals until melted and smooth.
- Use the chocolate to lightly coat the inside of the silicone molds. Take your time and reheat the chocolate if you need to. When satisfied, lay the mold flat in the freezer to chill for at least 5 minutes before filling each one with the peanut butter mixture. Finish by using more chocolate to seal the back of the molds.
- Freeze for an hour before slowly and carefully removing your peanut butter cups from the silicone molds. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until you’re ready to enjoy.
