Ingredients:
- Jalapeño cheddar bagels
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Sliced prosciutto
- Eggs
- Black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Leaving the bagel whole, carve a round “bowl like” hole out of the middle of each one.
- Sprinkle the bagels with shredded cheddar.
- Next, line the bagel “bowl” with a slice of prosciutto.
- Add an egg to each prosciutto-lined bagel. A tip on the egg: I crack it and discard some of the egg white to allow no overflow and more yolk. Do what you want!
- Finish with a dash of black pepper and bake for 10-14 minutes, depending on how you like your eggs.
- Serve warm or reheat in the morning for a quick breakfast.
