Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of freshly chopped basil
- 2 balls of burrata, at room temperature
- ~ 1 lbs. plums or cherry plums, quartered
- 2 teaspoons honey or mikes hot honey
- Balsamic glaze
- Kosher salt
- Grill topper pan like this.
- Toasted or grilled baguette, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat grill to 400°.
- Add the pitted a quartered plums to your nonstick grill topper (add olive oil if needed). Drizzle about 2 teaspoons of hot honey on top.
- Place the plums on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes before removing from the heat.
- While the plums are caramelizing, chop the fresh basil and place on your serving platter. Gently split the burrata balls and lay them on top of the bed of basil.
- Place the grilled plums on top of the burrata and add a healthy drizzle of hot honey with balsamic glaze and a sprinkle of kosher salt. Serve with sliced, grilled baguette.
