Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups gluten free flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cereal marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Combine the flour, cream of tarter and baking soda in a small bowl. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar with a hand mixer. Briefly mix in the vanilla and eggs.
- Slowly add in the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Dump in the cereal marshmallows and mix in by hand.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop the dough and place about 2 inches apart on the sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges begin to lightly brown.
- Allow to cool and enjoy.
